The young star has born on August 20, 1976 in a jat family, village Jassia in Rohtak, Haryana, India. He is the son of a social worker, Asha Hooda, her mother and his father, Dr. Ranbir Hooda is specialist in surgeon by his work.

He has joined a day boarding school, MNSS in Rai Sonepat , Haryana at the age of eight year. After this, he went for Delhi Public School, R K Puram at New Delhi. He got Bechelors degree in Marketing and a master degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management from Australia. In Australia he has done every type of work.

He has been introduced with audience through his first movie, Monsoon Wedding in 2001. In this flick, he has performed the role a NRI. He became famous got positive reviews from this movie. He was in waiting for four years to get a second contract. He has been casted by Ram Gopal Verma as a realistic gangster in movie D and after this film, his career turns to a different point.

Once, He stated in his statement, “I find D and Risk very romantic Films”. He has also played a romantic role in movie, Ru-Ba-Ru in 2008. In “Once Upon a Time in Mumbai”, Randeep Hooda has portrayed the role of ACP Agnel Wilson of Mumbai Crime branch. He got good compliments from critics for his roles in Jannat 2 and jism 2.

Haryanvi hunk is attracting a lot of interest for his hot and sticky performances in the erotic adventure movie, Jism2.
